Where do I park?

Free Street Parking! We have that elusive free street parking without any time constraints, allowing you to concentrate on your shoot and not worry about parking!

What if I go over my time slot?

We charge overtime at twice the hourly rate, so make sure you finish your shoot and are out the door at the end of your scheduled time.

How large is the shoot space?

You’ll have about 1,100 sqft of usable shoot space inside and about 1,000 sqft of shoot space outside. The ceilings are over 10ft in most of the rooms and the indoor-outdoor nature of the space gives you many options!

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed unless you’ve already cleared it with the host.

Is it quiet to record dialog?

The inside is very quiet and insulated. We are in a small neighborhood off side streets so you cannot hear road noise. There are birds in the backyard and occasional construction of neighboring houses.

How much does it cost to rent the Bungalow?

It is $75/hour plus a $50 cleaning fee. If you book a full day at 8 hours, we will waive the cleaning fee as a discount! Click here to book!

Do you allow workshops?

Yes, we do! Please email me for special rental rates for this type of rental!

How private is the Bungalow?

It is completely private from anyone being able to see inside or in the backyard. There are tall fences, bamboo, and greenery that prevent anyone from being able to see in the backyard and there are curtains and sheers to keep it private inside.
