House Rules:

• No smoking inside - cigarettes or vapes or anything else.

• EQUIPMENT - All light stands and tripods should have protective pads on them to keep them from scratching floors. 

• Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Ensure all equipment and furniture are returned to their original positions after use.

• This is not a loud commercial area so please be respectful with music and loudness for the neighbors.

• You should be leaving at your designated end time so start clean up a little early.

• If you need to stay for overtime, it will be charged at double the rate.
